Linebreak in Excel for Mac 2011   May 28th, 2013

I regularly have the need to use a linebreak in an Excel spreadsheet but annoyingly whilst I know to use Alt-Enter within Windows, I have been unable to figure how how to add a linebreak in Excel for Mac. ┬áIt turns out after a lot of trial and error the solution is actually quite simple (aren’t they always?), so, to enter a linebreak you simply need to hit Control-Alt-Enter (or for my American friends Control-Option-Enter).
